[Lucky for Allen no one comes immediately barging into his room the moment he lies down. The initiative did give everyone handy communication devices though, and after having allowed Allen to retreat and get himself cleaned up, Link finds himself standing outside 103 awkwardly debating which way to best deal with this...

Eventually he just leans by the door to pull up Allen's contact information and starts typing up a message.]

Walker. [He stares at this for a while...] It would be best if we discussed what happened as soon as possible. [...and sends that off.]

[...Rolls over... and grabs his tablet.

There's nearly a minute delay before he responds.]

I haven't been out here the entire time, if that is what you're wondering.

He steps back, regardless.] Do you want to come in?

[Making his own face at that dubious expression, but stepping in with a nod.]

[Letting Allen lead to wherever he's comfortable having this conversation, not sitting unless invited. He folds his hands behind his back, having nothing to busy his hands with this time around, probably looking out of place with how formal that stance is.]

I suppose I should start with whether or not you have questions that I might be able to answer...

[Allen, for his part, seems to have forgotten his manners as a decent host and remains where he is, eyes on the floor as he thinks.]

I don't know.

[He has questions, he's just not sure if Link can answer them.]

Is there anything else that could... worsen my condition?

[Priests with holy healing swords are definitely on his to-avoid list now.]

[At least Link doesn't really mind standing.]

[Hesitates for a moment.] From past experience, I would guess that being severely injured to the point where your Innocence tries to rescue you or being mentally weakened to the Noah's influence may also put you at risk.

[There's a small pang of guilt that it may have been his own words that triggered the episode in the Order's dungeon, but that much detail doesn't seem to be something Allen needs to hear about right now.]

The results of attempts have been drastic enough that I wouldn't recommend trying it again just to see if it will eventually work.
