[A young man has carted a wheelbarrow full of paperwork into the Library and carefully sorted it into a number of piles, each according to the person that must fill it out. By far the biggest pile belongs to Allen Walker. Well technically Komui's will be the biggest because he has to verify everyone else' piles, but for now he just has to deal with his own.]


Attention members of the Black Order. If you are currently unaware of who I am, my name is Inspector Howard Link from the Central Administration. I have recently arrived and have brought with me a number of forms that I would request everyone fill out so that we may all be up to date.

Pies and refreshments are in the back office away from the books, but please complete at least one third of your paperwork before you have a break.

People come back to life when killed here. Not by way of akuma. As far as I can tell they are normal, healthy human beings. Allen's eye shows them as normal as well.

This is a place that is a crossroads between different worlds, different dimensions. So it's a different kind of magic that revives the dead and appears to do no harm.

But that all said, we don't want to die. Nor do we want our efforts wasted for a temporary riddance.
