I should get it down before I forget. Will update. Also, GIP.
* Link's baking is different from Rouvelier's baking. Rouvelier likes to experiment and create new recipes. Link usually is following a recipe (memorized, not from paper). Not to say he doesn't know what tastes good together and stuff like that--he knows what he's doing--he just isn't as interested in creating new pastries and stuff like that. He'll do slight variations of existing recipes at most.
* Link is proud to be a member of the Black Order, even if he is a secret special ops agent who probably doesn't exist on official documents.
* While he does think of the Exorcists as tools of the Vatican, this doesn't really mean he sees them as below himself. They're valuable in the war against the Akuma and are important. However, because he himself is a tool of the Vatican, and very strict with himself, he probably didn't think very much about them needing emotional support and that sort of thing.
* This has changed slightly now that he's had exposure to their experiences. He won't be very obvious about it but, particularly for Allen, he'll keep an eye on his emotional well-being. Still, when it comes down to it, work is first, personal matters are second.
* Link relaxes on Sundays. This relaxation time is indeed scheduled and he tends to plan out what kind of relaxation he'll go with (baking, reading, personal academic pursuits...). This scheduled down time is in fact to help increase his productivity and not because he feels like he really needs relaxation time. It's just suggested, so he makes some time for it.
* I bet he trims his own bangs... And combs it so the part is different than it naturally is... It's not that he thinks it looks particularly good or stylish that way, it's just easiest to maintain and keep tidy while allowing him to keep the long hair.
